There are many resources available to small business owners in the Quad Cities.
The Eastern Iowa Small Business Development Center (SBDC) www.eicc.edu/business/services/local/sbdc/index.html is part of a national network of more than 1,400 business development centers nationwide.
The U.S. Small Business Administration administers the SBDC Program to provide education, training and consulting to current and prospective small business owners.
Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) www.score.org is a source of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs. Representatives from the local SCORE chapter are available to assist prospective and current business owners at the Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce office every Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. – noon.
